Minor irk to end the week
Okay, so this has not been my favorite week and right now I've got a splitting headache/migraine and can't take any more advil today.
The thing that kills me today? My rose bush got chomped.
Yes, it was a cheap bush, but I wisely decided to give it a chance by planting it in a huge planter. It had two buds on it and looked to be doing well. The deer, up until last night, hadn't bothered it.
Now, there's no new growth.
Dammit. It was doing so well and it had a decent chance.
bugger all... Yes, I'm severely heartbroken over a chomped rose bush. It was to replace the one that died that hubby gave me. It was supposed to have purple flowers (my favorite).
and now.... Headache is veering much closer to migraine and that dictates that I go to bed...
