Of this LJ account, and writing fiction...
I have a LJ account only because many fanfiction writers are LJ account holders and post their stories in LJ communities, and I need to join these communities to be able to read the stories in them. I enjoy reading creative writing a lot more than writing creatively; I can count the number of times I have had the urge to write a fanfiction in one hand, and I don't need any hands to count the number of times I've thought of writing an original fiction. I have certainly never written fanfiction nor original fiction (school compositions written before the age of 17 as part of English lessons do not count), and I do not think this will ever change.
I do blog, however. My life is non-fiction, and I'm happy that it remains non-fiction. I've been blogging with Wordpress for a few years, and I see no reason to leave for LJ. It will only be of interest to people who know me, and perhaps not even then, but whatever it's worth, here's the link - http://metwin1.weblogs.us/
