Did I mention that my passport was GONE???
It takes up to two weeks to get a new one so if I hadn't found it today I'd have had to spend €80 on a new one (6 years before the old one would expire)... that would have been SUCH a waste.
And what's wrong with me? My appartment is SUCH a mess and I haven't even been properly looking for it. Ugh, I suck.
But I guess I was born under a lucky star cuz I FOUND IT THIS MORNING phew - without really really looking for it.
The vaccinations that I'm missing are €140 (grrrr @ GlaxoSmithKline for taking all my money) and the travel insurance I got was €70. Arrrrgghhhh.... But NOT having to pay that extra €80 on a new passport is SUCH a relief. If I had ordered/bought a new one I'm sure I'd find the old one right after. I'm sooooooooooooooooooooo happy it happened before :D

In 2 weeks I'll already be 1½hr into the flight from Amsterdam to Singapore
It's sooooooooooooooooooooo crazy.
KLM better show some decent movies on this flight - what they showed on the flight to the US back in 2002 was HORRIBLE! :D
....we are still about €30.000 down on our budget :-/ but we are trying not to think about this and just keep telling the hotels to give us an extra week etc. We have two huge grants that will give like €12.000 each IF we get them, but we won't know till 5 days before we leave...
Any of you work for companies who'd wanna sponsor us??? :D
It doesn't have to be all €30.000 hehe (though that would be nice) -could just be a smaller amount. Like €1000 or even less - that's not a lot of money for a company - and the money is tax deductable too AND it's for a good cause. Let me know and I'll email our papers...
