There are wild packs of dogs all over India. Literally everywhere, practically on every street corner. If you're in a particular part of town, you might even see packs patrolling the area. I guess it's easier to turn a blind eye when it has reached the kind of epidemic levels like it is here. I suppose we can be glad they don't eat them!
But the poverty is terrible and it wouldn't surprise me to learn that they were competing with other humans for food in some cases. It's sad, but what can you do :(

I've been here since mid-November, but on average I've been spending 3 months a year since 2008 :)
Same recruiting stuff, but this time no management responsibilities. I'm doing process improvement and training mostly. I dig it!
