Well, I decided to give Dollhouse a whirl after Terminator, and I ended up being pleasantly surprised with its quality. The show has been getting a bit of a bum rap from some newspapers, and there were some logical lapses and boring subplots, but overall? It was a decent starting episode. I'll admit to spending a lot of time staring at Eliza's legs to start (wow, that was a short dress) but I'll watch a few more episodes to see if I like it.

BTW, expect a review of the recent chapter on Sunday.

And how awesome were TSCC and BSG tonight? Wow.

Didn't see BSG, but it sounds as if it's on the fast track back to good things.

And I liked Terminator, although it started to wander a bit for me in certain areas.

And, uh, I think I'm gonna start looking for an additional beta (not a replacement, mind) so I can get an opinion faster. No offense intended, I'm just used to finishing these things and then publishing them a reasonably short amount of time later.

I dunno how effective another beta would ultimately be, though.
