My boss, Jagdish Lal Kumar, passed away on May 5. He was in his late 60s as best even he could remember, and it was all too soon. Only 70? He could've lived longer, and we could all be closer to being so much the part of the American dream that he pursued and achieved to such a high level.
My latest script is finished. Titled Break Up The Family, it's about severing the ties that bind, and making a selfish decision, and happily so. It's an ensemble piece, and I'm looking forward to making it.
Joey Ball Game--the guy in my User Pic--is now a Miami Dolphin, and sporting shaggy hair, in addition to the beard. I hope he can find the success and acceptance there that he couldn't in Detroit, because if there's one pro athlete I would want my kids to be like, I'd pick this guy. He is absolutely the portrait of poise, class, dignity, and humility, and the fact that he has a fmaily foundation supporting poor children at home and abroad is near saintly, and I urge you all to visit JoeyHarrington3.com to read more about it.
Vegetarianism is my most precious cause and I will fight till the death to get people to realize how unhealthy, how unsavory, and how cruel it is to eat our friends who walk amongst us. I love all of the things on this planet, and to eat my friends--the ones who could be such a friend--is cruel and senseless. I hope you all will join me. Please look into joining PETA, who are, no matter what Bill O'Reilly and his ilk would tell you, are wonderful, nice, and ethical people.
I pray that all who read this are well, and that happiness is at their door step every morning. I harbour no grudges, except for those who have betrayed me without cause.
And to Allanie, you have killed me.
Love to you.
Chris.
