DRUMS!
Long time no update.
Tom and I have been living together for a little over 2 months, and it's going really well.
I have a wrecked wrist from dropping a mattress on it, and Wednesday I have an EMG where they'll stick needles in me and shock me to see what's wrong with my nerve.
I am obsessed with Dynasty Warriors on my ps2, which doesn't work so well with the wrist thing. I have to keep playing to unlock the sluttier outfits and level up my bodyguards.
Leah and I do cooking club weekly, which is sometimes shopping club. This week we had Mexican night and Dianne joined us, so our club has increased its members. Dianne is our beverage officer.
I have a cheap crappity mp3 player from Bath and Body Works ($12 shopping club!) that I just uploaded songs to.
The apartment is coming along. I have pictures but my laptop is still broken.
I had fish but they all died. Oops. They got ick, and then I think I overmedicated them.
I have decided that if I ever have a few days to do nothing, I will time myself reading all of the Harry Potter books.
While teaching a munchkin tennis class, one hit me in the stomach with a volley (foam balls so they don't hurt) and I so, "oooh, right in the guts!" Another kid corrected me, "Those aren't your guts, they're your digestines." Awesome.
I'm supposed to captain a tennis team this summer but I don't know that I'll even be able to play because of my lame-o wrist.
I miss Margot, but we have random phone conversations which usually starts with one of us calling the other to complain about something, and ending with us giggling like stoopid-heads.
Some apple cider just went down the wrong tube. Yuck.
Football is boring. I am off to continue reading and binge eating. Rock on!
OH, we made these apple enchilada things as dessert last night, and they are awesome. I'm going to have to make more.
