music n stuff
Went to the symphony tonight. Was alot of fun, especially since the show was "A night at the Oscars" I've always loved soundtracks and was my music of choice growing up. I sill have a deep love for any music with a strings section. Lots of stuff from Horner, Williams, Elfman and even some of the older greats like Rodgers & Hammerstein and Gershwin. And in the midst of all of this was the theme from Karate Kid Part II. o_O
I think if/when I go back to Atlanta I will try to go to the Atlanta Symphony more often tickets for students are only $10
