Um... just a cute song that I associate with these two. Which is most of this FST, you'll soon find out. But it works, because Aang and Katara were supposed to be saving the world and sorta... fell in love on accident. ^^;; Also reminds me of the dancing scene a crapload, what with turning and all.

They both risk their lives for each other numerous times throughout the show and… yeah. THEY WUV EACH OTHER. ;o;

This is love, this is love
What does it mean? No fuckin’ clue. Except the last line, which is pretty clear. And the tune’s quite catchy and upbeat, which fits their personalities very well.

Aang wants more than anything Katara’s recognition, not to simply be a little brother to her.

Nothing super creative, but very fitting for these two. Though they’re sometimes separated through the course of the show, they always keep each other in their hearts.

Katara seems to toy with Aang’s affections on occasion, to which Aang would respond with something like this. Somewhat frustrated, but also patiently, knowing that they would come together in the end.

Aang and Katara would be ridiculously nervous and cute and silly on their first date, not knowing what to wear and do and say. But as awkward as it would be, they’d still have fun and love it.

A song that really represents several things in Aang and Katara’s relationship. Aang, as the Avatar, finally comes back to save the world after a century in an iceberg. And sometimes, when Aang needs to do something alone, because of his duty as the Avatar, Katara’s sad to see him go, but she knows that he’ll be back.

Basically something I could imagine them dancing to in “The Headband.” Upbeat and lovely and great and happy and optimistic.

When Aang and Katara first met, they had no idea that they would end up saving the world together and falling in love in the process. They’re incredibly grateful for everything they’ve received.
