Doing okay today. I've been restricting quite a lot since Saturday (20th). I've lost mainly stomach bulk because of having an empty stomach, not fat, not water ( I drink gallons!).
I felt week my lunch so I've had a grain bar, some hot meal and a yoghurt drink. Sounds like loads but they were tiny portions.
Going to a P!NK concert tonight at Wembley Arena. I can't take photo's I'm afraid...hey hum. Should be fun. Setting off at 4pm arriving back at 1am maybe? Do idea!
