Apache/PHP/MySQL gurus out there?

Does anyone on my f'list know someone who does PHP programming?  I'm trying to learn it but I can't get the Apache server configured correctly to play nice with PHP and I need help.  If you know someone, please email me.  If you don't know my personal email address, email me at who.torchwood at gmail.com but comment here that you're doing that so that I remember to look.
