Another synchroblog -- it's now two years since a group of bloggers decided to have a synchronised blog -- post something on the same theme on the same day, so we could see a lot of different viewpoints on the same general topic.
So the anniversary theme was "Light and darkness as motifs in spirituality".
Originally someone suggested that because of the time of year, "darkness" would be a good theme , but someone else pointed out that some of us are approaching midsummer, and shortest night, so they decided to add light as well, But I decided to stick with the original theme, and so my contribution is headed
Lord of the dark, in case anyone is interested in reading it. It has links to the other posts as well. I tried to say a little about apophatic theology, but will probably confuse everyone horribly, so if there are any theologians reading this, please add comments to correct and heresies you spot.
