For over two years I've had a blog at Google's Blogspot, a general one called
Notes from underground, and then a family history one, and one to just add links.
But yesterday I
moved the family history one to WordPress, after every attempt to read my Blogger blogs resulted in a "403 forbidden" message.
One more episode like yesterday's, and I'll move the others as well. Many people I know have moved from Blogger to WordPress, and seem much happier with it. I kept one foot in the Blogger camp because it had some useful features that WordPress didn't, but if access becomes unreliable, those advantages count for nothing.
My general WordPress blog,
Khanya, becomes my main blog, and I'll keep my LiveJournal for more personal stuff.
