Intending to pass anti piracy laws and claiming it's terrible for the world economy because the RIAA and other asshats are giving them shit tons of money, when the White House's own studies show that those claims are complete bullshit and it doesn't hurt the economy. If you don't feel like reading all the article, here's something that show how fucking scumbag soulless this law will be: "It also implements an interesting provision called "imminent infringement", which allows the government to charge people who they think might be about to infringe with a civil offense (for example if you searched "torrent daft punk")."
