I completely forgot on the day AND it was a rotten work day just given how it started. Darn, that would have made me feel better.

Thanks for remembering.

St. David's Day was always special as a child because my mum would buy daffodils and make welsh cakes (yummy little buttery biscuits from a family recipe at least 50 yrs old)
