[There's a rustle of paper as Meth breaks out her pad of paper and pulls out a pen to take note of which door the passenger is speaking of.]

No, no, the door is fine! I am just... too small. If I jump, I can reach the handle, but I cannot open it. It is too heavy.

[He propped it open with much effort due to the not-getting-out thing. He didn't see any danger in it.]

[Meth doesn't think much of Naveen's listening skills. She mentioned her name earlier.]

[True to her word, Meth arrives at Naveen's door. She examines the door briefly before peeking her head in.]

[Meth looked at the bowing frog on the bed, and the tiniest, smallest hint of a smile appeared on her face. She found it ironic that a frog would show her more respect in how it addressed her and behaved in her presence than almost all the other passengers on board.

[She pulled out a pad of paper from her pocket, a pen, and a large tape measure.]

Adjusting your door shouldn't be difficult, but I'll need to take your measure so it can be adjusted according to your size.
