No allergies. I need something that will keep me awake and alert longer. Nothing that will cloud my thinking. Something stronger than caffeine...that won't give me hand tremors either.

Hmm, caffeine. So nothing as strong as a tropane derivative. Something that did not interfere with function, so no 3,4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine. Nicotine, not strong enough. Perhaps a weak amphetamine, a step up from caffeine but not highly addictive.]

One moment.

[The robot accesses a locked panel; the interior is refrigerated, and lined with all sorts of medicinal goodies. AMU selects a wrapped bundle and closes up the panel, then goes to a non-refrigerated unit and obtains another.]

Tschat leaves. Chew the fresh ones; steep the dried leaves in hot water to drink. Discontinue and alert me if you experience an adverse reaction or if the effect is not to your liking.

So...chew the fresh ones or make tea with the dried ones. Got it.

[Meth set down the package of the dried leaves and opened the fresh leaves. She sniffed at the leaves, then pulled one out and popped it into her mouth. It tasted sour and to be honest, not at all pleasant. Hopefully the effects would be worth the taste.]

[There had been no injuries to treat, but Meth's reaction to the tschat had been briefly interesting, for all that AMU didn't have sensors hooked up. It rather wished it could be there for the withdrawal, however, presuming she stayed on it for a long duration.

Oh well.]

[AMU only had to ask to hook up sensors. Meth had a healthy respect for people being able to do their job. Since nothing was mentioned, however, she began heading for the exit. Meth called over her shoulder as she left.]
