I HATE Politics!!!
So, Obama won. Whoo! Now let's hope he gets us out of this shithole that we're currently in. I watched bits of the election (and voted!), but I missed Obama's speech. I did see McCain's losing speech though, and he definitely regained some of my respect. I love how e was such a graceful loser, and he even told the crowd that was booing Obama to sit down and shut up! (But not in those words, obviously).
However, I am pissed. Proposition 8 passed! I'm not a Californian, but god damn it, people! GAY MARRIAGE IS NOT A BAD THING, AND IT SHOULD BE A RIGHT TO ALL PEOPLE! GENDER AND SEXUALITY DOESN'T MATTER, THAT RIGHT SHOULD STILL NOT BE TAKEN AWAY!!!! It's like passing a fucking law that heterosexual people cannot marry, and only homosexual people can. Its ass-backwards, and I hope they can get it through their damn thick skulls. *growls*
In other news, I am sick. Sick, sick, sick. I just got over a cold, and now I'm getting something else. I am exhausted. I cannot eat; the smell of food makes me queasy and I have no appetite. Blargle. I almost can't move. I am totally miserable. I might skip class tomorrow; I don't know. And I need to take a shower tonight. Ugh.
Nano has started! Yay! Alas, I only have 900 words (1 chapter, which is really sad) done, and I really need to crack down. :( I really need to stop feeling sorry for myself.
I'm going to go see if I can stomach some Hot Pockets. Adios.
