Ryke finds the differences unsettling and is determined that they will return to the North and overthrow the usurpers, whereas Errel is seduced by the ways of the south and wants to remain.
Ever since I read Watchtower, I've wanted a story about what might have been, between Ryke and Errel. This story delivers not just one but several possibilities. Thank you so much, dear writer!
