I've just decided to downsize from 7 drums to 4 or 5, and upgrade my drumset to better drums (used, but still the ones metallica and sparta use!), hardware, and get a ride cymbal cause i don't have one (wierd...). Also make it more uniform as i can even though it will most likely be mismatched colorwise. I'm hoping to get a irish tri color scheme going, but that will take a while. I'll play it by ear...or what's up for auction on ebay and in guitar center...
Though i don't want to sell most of it cause the sentimental value of everything, the road they've been on has been a long, fun, and abusefull one for that setup. But in with the new, out with the old.....time for a new chapter.
