I had similar thoughts. However my attempt to end my "living" simply brought me here, as such, I do not believe there is much point in thinking such things anymore.
I have been told that to cease to be here does not accomplish much, as it were. Perhaps instead, put your pain to use to you. Many beautiful things have come from a sole person's sorrow.
Whatever you choose to create, of course. [ He smiles. ] A dream is but a memory within your slumber, sometimes sweet, sometimes not. Molded by one's frame of mind.
If you die, you would lose your memories for good. Any small, fleeting moment of joy, would be lost to you forever. Despite the sorrow, despite the dark times, there must be some moment of hope or happiness in your memories that you can recall and enjoy. Be them not in your dreams, then allow them to be alive and vivid during your time awake. Slumber is but only part of the day's cycle and the shortest one at that.
I, too, would like my dreams to cease and thought as well that if I did not live...
But it has proven to be folly.
You should not think in such a manner, even if you feel it easier that way, I am hear to tell you that it is not.

But I... It would be easier. I've had enough of "living".

Simply look to your joy and smile from it.

Everyone else agreed on it too. Never to forget the times we had. That's why we fought so hard.
