Painting in the new room on hold while we sort out where the water damage *came* from and how to stop it from happening again. (Related to ice dams on third floors, presumably, which caused water to leak out of a first floor ceiling last year around this time (unless it was a second floor ice dam that did that.)

Moneypit. Know anything about using metal on the edges or roofs compared to a whole roof?
