I thought it was that book with the long passage of exceedingly purple prose in which the narrators love interest's feet were marmosets and her toes were snails with shells of tears... but upon attempting to return to the entry in which I would find the title of said book, I found the entry has been suspended from LJ and they can't tell me why for confidentiality reasons, and thus I had sadface.

LOL no, it was this really awful fantasy-romance novel that had been metaquoted. Googling has found it to be called Silk and Steel.

To be fair, the Song of Solomon has many descriptions of the same ilk. Her breasts are like antelopes or something along those lines...
