"Deathly Hallows" is grammatically correct. "Hallow" is also a noun, although an obscure one.

THANK YOU. I was so freaking confused when I saw everyone saying OMGZZ IT'S GRAMMATICALLY INCORRECT! I was like, wtf, no it's not, open the dictionary sometime.
