In re: the much-talked-about sexist Forbes article many folks have been referencing today...the one about how men shouldn't marry "career women" because then they run a higher risk of facing "rocky" marriages... I have one thing to say, and I'm going to say it as a public service announcement for all and sundry:

Personally, I got a chuckle at the end line. As for deep, while it may not be, it's certainly making a good point, and that's another facet of what metaquotes is here for.

I found it funny in its sharpness and statement of fact plainly. "just having a dick and a paycheck won't cut it anymore" make me snerk, largely because I've known plenty of guys who've actually thought having a dick and a paycheck entitled them to a cheerleader.

That and the fact that it is nice to sometimes see political/societal jabs that aren't necessarily teh funny but important nonetheless.
