Can you IMAGINE the uproar if George W. Bush had been given the authority to assassinate Americans?

Remember the daily drumbeat of demands for the arrest and/or impeachment of President Bush for simply intercepting phone calls from known terrorists in foreign countries being routed through the United States?
Remember the demands for Miranda Rights for terrorists?
Remember the mockery when you even used the term "War on Terror" and how liberals argued this whole battle is a "law enforcement" issue?
Remember when Obama gave order to close Gitmo FOUR YEARS AGO ... and how I predicted it'd never happen?
