I have been sickened but lying liberal reporting and commentary from Day One as anyone who knows my experiences after August 29, 2005 ... as well as the corruption and ineptness of local and state officials - some which have been indicted for corruption and malfeasance or are about to be (like our Parish president, the infamous New Orleans mayor Ray Nagin, and their underlings).
The media are predictably circling the wagons around the president after broadcast of a previously-reported but barely and carefully edited speech comes to light and more of his divisive, inflammatory, and race-baiting words are exposed for all to see.
And they did so in 2007 because they published a supposed "transcript" of the speech but it WASN'T a transcript it was the "official comments" that did not include the more inflammatory portions of the actual speech ... (Google Andrew Sullivan).
Let me get it straight: the liberal narratives you've heard about pre-Katrina and post-Katrina are mostly CRAP! LIES! POLITICALLY MOTIVATED! And either Obama is blind or stupid and accepts that crap or he knows the truth and is LYING!
And I can describe the stench, the heat, the torment of mosquitoes and gnats, the sounds, the sweat and rashes, the devastation and torment, the initial overwhelming sense of helpless replaced quickly by the determination to start my own recovery, and more ... all in vivid detail.

In my opinion he mostly believes what he's been taught all his life and, when he knows better, he carries the narrative ANYWAY for poliotical expediency.
