Yesterday, the POTUS rambled on to an adoring crowd during another FUNDRAISING speech in Texas about some potential sinister plot involving shady characters, corporations, and foreign interests involved in new political organizations like Americans for Prosperity.
It’s funny … this is the same person who collected over $800 million in “donations” for the 2008 elections, much of it undocumented, much of it identified as coming from shady bundlers and “foreign interests.”
Hey, Mr. President!
There’s no mystery. I’m a member of Americans for Prosperity. Every dime I contribute to political candidates and grass-roots organizations is accounted for and documented.
And I don’t get a tax exemption for it, or any quid pro quo.
But I ask you!
Who funds Organizing for America, ACORN, SEIU, NEA, CAIR, MediaMatters, Moveon.org, etc?
Why are unions and special interest groups getting hundreds of billions of dollars in bailouts to pay for their skyrocketing salaries, benefits, and healthcare … all subsidized by the American taxpayer?
What is the status of investigations into Democrat fundraising in 2008?
It’s so transparent how Democrats, leftists, and liberals try to deflect questions and criticisms against themselves by crying “WOLF!”
I see Democrats are being told NOT to talk about their votes to advance their agendas, all overwhelmingly opposed by the American people … Healthcare and Finance “reform”, cap-and-trade, a near trillion dollar “Stimulus” bill that only stimulates more big government, all adding trillions to the national debt, more and more deficits, all passed on to future generations.
July’s deficit alone was ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY-FIVE BILLION DOLLARS!
ONE MONTH!
Under Republican control of Congress, deficits averaged a little over $100 billion a YEAR! Which was bad enough but that included 2 wars, 9-11, and the destruction of the Gulf Coast by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
But don’t worry. Obama is making sure all those people who were “exploited” by the rich (now defined as anyone making $200,000 a year) are getting their just deserts now as hundreds of billions of dollars are being redistributed to government workers, union members, and all those Democrat drones that cast votes for democrats to get their meager pieces of an ever-shrinking pie.
FLASH! We are bankrupt, folks!
And that’s what they want.
To knock us down to our knees.
