Going about getting a girl of my own....

As of about 5:00pm today, I am officially a licensed foster mom. I could potentially have a child as early as next week, but I want to wait until after I take another specialty class. I have decided that I either want an lgbtq youth or a pregnant or parenting teen....

I am so grateful for energy, time, perseverance, the love of friends and family who support my dream to be a mom, in whatever form that takes.

Wow.
