I'm just glad those really low rise pants are no longer in style. If you have to hoist your pants up before you sit down so you don't have a butt crack, those pants are too low or too tight.
True, but at least a shirt can cover the muffin top/crack (sorta) Those skinny leg pants make everyone's thighs look huge unless your less then a size 6.
Skinny leg pants are awful - most people don't look good in them - I'm otherwise scrawny and they make my giant thighs look more giant. The only guys they look good on are really skinny guys who should be in rock bands (it's a mental image I have from living in Hollywood).
I didn't buy any pants for the whole low rise time, because my body is not built to support them - I've never had large enough hips, even when I was bigger, so I could literally shimmy my way out of low rise pants without touching them.
Why can't they just make normal pants? Mid-rise, boot cut.
Although I have to admit it is fun to have lost enough weight that when wearing such pants they do fall off your ass. I'm used to having so much stomach that even huge pants never fall off.
I still have an apron of skin which sadly probably will have to be address surgically if I ever want it gone.
i still have some skinny leg pants left over from last time they were in style. i like them under big shirts. one black pair i wear all the time, so they're not really skinny anymore. i put on another pair last month, and they were absolutely uncomfortable (they do have elastic waists). so out they go!

Even my workout pants are all now capri-length so I can't grab them as fat-day clothes.
