duuuuude, i swear, i am thinking more and more like you in regards to Dean, before S5, i would probably have defended him, S5 i would have been like, ehhh i agree with you to an extent, now im like HELL YES YOU ARE SO RIGHT.

Not only is it annoying as hell, and to be frank, Dean not being able to handle some harsh words is ridiculous

so much truth, it's like everyone has to tread on eggshells around him, hell Cas has to apologise EVERY time he doesn't do something Dean says within 0.5 seconds, and it is SO frustrating! Dean's always called Sam on his crap, he's always let Sam know when he's screwed up and made him apologise constantly but when Dean screws up or does something wrong? they pretend it never happened. when Dean is rude to someone it's "hilarious" but when Sam is it's "insensitive."

just because Dean is Sam's older brother, does not give him free reign to do whatever he wants "in Sam's best interests." and like you say Sam has spent so so long being tortured, regardless of whether he gets his soul back or not, he is never going to be the same Sammy and Dean needs to start accepting that. he needs to remember that they're not ten and six anymore- Sam doesn't need Dean to be his big protective older brother anymore, he doesn't idolise him and they aren't ever going to be that same cutee little pair of brothers who finish each others sentences. Sam has grown up- he's had a terrible time over the last decade, in fact for even longer than that, he's not going to be the perfect little brother Dean wants.

Dean’s a selfish bastard. I realize he’s had a shitty life, but so has Sam. People only see the good in Dean and not all the shit he’s done. Likewise, people only see the shitty things Sam’s done and not the good in him. Again, I’m sure Dean fans hate me now, but too bad. I have my opinions and I won’t apologize for them. i love Dean, or at least, i did but i completely agree. i see the awesome in both boys but to be honest Dean's awesome has been slowly filtering out the more bitching he does. it's like he can never be happy no matter what happens.
