Firstly, thank you for mentioning the Butterbeer - I meant it in the sense that it was as harmless as drinking squash, so could hardly be blamed for him ripping her shirt off (or whatever;)), but when I looked at it again you could easily take it either way, and I think you'd be more likely to take it yours than mine! So it's been tweaked and I'm grateful you said. :)

Secondly, thank you very much for such lovely comments - I'm, well I'm a bit gob-smacked really that it seems to be so well received. At one stage, it didn't seem likely there'd be any receiving at all when I was trying to think of an ending to it at 1.30am this morning, lol.

I was quite nervous about writing the smut as I've got used to writing fics where there's one or two love scenes, usually at the end - and that's it. Not having to sustain a bedroom scene from beginning to end, while telling the story of how they got there, but they're such fabulous characters to play around with that it was a lot easier than I feared. (Obviously, it's lots of fun having Remus in bed!)

It was also great being able to write them get together, when we know how they're going to end up, but they don't. So, hopefully, the bond is there from the minute they share that plate of toast in the rain, and argue over crisps later on. And I did try to avoid the oft-done scenes, like "Don't call me, Nymphadora", and the werewolf conversation, because I didn't want to get cliched and it's hard to avoid.

Once again, thank you. I'm delighted you enjoyed it so much, and I can't tell you how much I enjoyed your review.
