I just adore the image of the enchanted snow and an indoor snowman. How delightful.

Thank you! I can just imagine little wizard kids keeping their indoor snowmen up all Christmas. :)

d'aww. I love this in all of its fluffy entirety. I especially like how the ring is opal - it's a perfect metaphor. Nice job!

That was beautiful, and lovely, and all things wonderful.

I only have one tiny nitpick, and that's that Remus used the name Voldemort, which would have brought Snatchers down on them on Christmas Day. :(

I liked your old man in the jewellery shop very much; he was a wonderful character.

You managed to balance the contrasting moods - happiness and sadness and uncertainty - very well, giving a very a very clear picture of what Christmas must have been like for Remus and Tonks in DH.

I love the idea of an indoor snowman! Why didn't I think of that?! (My prompt was snowman.)

Overall, it was fantastic, and I can't pick a favourite bit because it's all too good; otherwise I'd tell you what it was.

I knew there had to be something wrong! Thank you very much, I'll change it. I'm happy you liked the old man, you can credit an_ardent_rain for wanting more detail about him.

I'm so glad I could put the uncertainty across. I think no matter how YAY CHRISTMAS YAY they tried to get it would still be a bit of a painful time. I'm so happy you liked this, thank you for the kind comments. And I'm sure you did fine with your prompt...I'll read your story soon, I promise!

O...M...G...::sniff:: I choose to believe AU and that they did get a next Christmas, and a next and a next! Very sweet , love indoor snow! What a great concept!

I believe in AU to the point of forgetting the canon sometimes, so you can believe they're just being pessimistic here, lol.

I'm happy you liked the indoor snow! It was actually JKR's idea, not mine, though I think it must have gotten a whole line in the series.

Me too! It would be so much fun to play with, as long as it didn't freeze your hands.

I'm very happy someone liked the enchantment on the ring and that it worked, I was worried it would seem a bit corny or something. Thank you very much!
