Awww...that was so sweet! I liked how you balanced out the angst and the fluff so the whole fic was neither overly angst ridden or overly fluffy- it was perfect.

Thanks for posting! I thought Remus' idea that he could never be as close to Harry as he would like because of his place as professor was very touching! It goes to the whole "Remus just wants to be liked" thing. There little look at the future would have been very sad if it weren't for the fact that my copy of DH, like many people's around here ends at Shell Cottage!

Very sweet. I loved how this transitioned from Remus cold, numb and alone to him hopeful, warm and in the company of his wife and unborn baby. He so deserved a happy ending. Nicely done

The last paragraph was very sweet, but I enjoyed readng all of it really. I loved how enthusiastic Tonks was with the decorations (I can imagine her acting like that), and I think you wrote Remus really well; it's also good that he suggests the name Teddy rather than Tonks. Oh, and I thought the way she says "Harry's fine, Remus" without him really saying anything was clever. Very good fic!

Yay for Christmas Potterwatch! This is a great little peek into DH Christmas, and I love how memories of his toy trainset and the thought of being with his family next Christmas pull Remus out of his funk. Lovely story!
