I know none of you could care less...
...but I do. Katelyn called me! I haven't heard from her in over a month and she just called me!
Katelyn is a very good friend of mine who I've mentioned on the Realm before and right now she's in Arizona at an eating disorder treatment facility. She's been gone for 68 days and won't come back for another 22. This is the second time she's received inpatient treatment for her anorexia.
Anyways, after she left my friends and I were really sad and wrote to her right away. A few weeks later my friends got letters back from her and I didn't, which really upset me. It turns out mine just got lost in the mail and everything was cool. I wrote to her again and she wrote back. I wrote back and then she called me, telling me she had my letter and I told her to write back.
That was over a month ago and I just heard back from her today. It turns out she ran out of stamps. And the coolest thing is now that she's in Life she gets more priveleges and I can call HER, which I am on Saturday.
And she hasn't read Harry Potter yet, but she might get to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory tomorrow (they haven't "approved" the movie yet, what with all the food issues, but she says they have a tape of Willy Wonka and that's "approved").
I'm still a bit concerned about her though, because she was talking about those pictures of bony Lindsay Lohan that were on the cover of a bunch of magazines, and asked if I thought she was anorexic. I told her I didn't know, but she did look really bad and in fact resembled Katelyn before she left. Katelyn told me she thought Lindsay didn't look bad. ::headdesk::
