(no subject)
So, its over. First semester is official done with after this day of 3 finals, this day of rap(e)ture.
The 5 tests I had weren't really that hard at all, and I'm just glad that I can bum around and relax. I don't really know how excited I am about the break though. I guess I'll just have to see how it all plays out.
Hung out with MJ today and got some chinese food and just lounged around. Really enjoyed the time together, and was a nice chance to finally relax.
After that I ran down to Damascene and sold back my books. I only got $64, which is lame compared to the $400 or so I spent on them, but it's better than nothing. It's ridiculous though, they had no more 20s, so I had to get all $64 in fives and singles. So now my wallet is extremely fat but not full of too much money. Ran to Southside and picked up Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones. I must say, it is INSANELY good. They added a lot of new acrobatic elements, fighting elements (speed kill? oh yes indeed), and they amped up the difficulty of the game. Its a beautiful result, and I'm glad I picked it up. I'll pretty much be alone all of the next two days (hopefully I can see MJ for a little bit tomorrow before she works because she is leaving right after work, but who knows...) and now I at least have something to do other than sleeping the entire time.
Right, I lost my train of thought, not like it was anything incredibly deep or enlightening. This entry is rather superficial, but then again, I've started using this as an actual private journal finally, so now I can let myself rant, have piece of mind, and not worry about hurting anyone.
