Day: The Twenty-Seventh
Apparently I'm going on a shopping spree lately. Today I went to the mall and the comic book store (since it was closed yesterday, rar!). Except, I got the date wrong for when the new Runaways was to be released, so really I wasted the trip anyway. I did get the Runaways/Young Avengers Civil War crossover though. Which really isn't that exciting, because I've heard the Civil War writers butchered them. Looking through too, the art is horrific. But eh, what're you gonna do?
But the MOST IMPORTANT thing is that I got new shoes!! Yes, this is the only time I'm ever going to be this excited about new shoes. Like a month ago I saw these converse at the mall. After debating about it forever, I decided I just needed to have them. But! Then when I got to the store, they had these OTHER shoes that were almost like it BUT EVEN AWESOMER.
THEMS MY NEW SHOES GUYS. The laces are different because I can't decide how I want them. I don't think I like the two laces.. there's just too much going on then. I don't know. What do you guys think?

Random fact of the Day: When Ismelda Marcos, the former First Lady of the Philipines, was forced to flee from her Palace they found 15 mink coats, 508 gowns, 888 handbags, and over 1,000 pairs of shoes. The best part about this trivia is that once a customer at Caribou referenced her, and when I knew who she was he was like "How do you know that?! How OLD are you?!" It's fun doing that to people.
