So I finally scheduled my classes for Winter Quarter. However, I don't think I'm a sophomore yet (transfer credits..blah) and I can't take my Compartive Studies Writing Class. Which I really want to take, but the only time is on a Saturday! Ah! So hopefully I can talk to the guru, Lin, who sits in Wiegel Lobby and answers all these insane questions. I think I'll have to wait til grades come out to schedule my writing class. Not a big deal. I dunno, I'm just not crazy about it, because I've been through all this scheduling stuff before and I know it will work out in the end. But I did get my 12:30pm Theory class! woo! (Meaning I don't have to take it at 7:30am!!!) And my earliest class on Tuesday and Thursday is 10:30am! (so far) Awesome. So I'm pretty stoked. Weekend was nice, I meet some cool people from BWAC and hung out with them. Then Christy visited for an hour!! (Sorry didn't mean to offend!) Yaaaaaaaayyyy!!! Saw cousin Rachel, went to Israel thingy, talked to Shamarian Coleman about boys, met girl that lives next door to me, etc. I had lunch today with Kelly from next door, it was really interesting. She went to OU, and hated it. She had some great advice about boy stuff, which I need badly. I haven't seen you-know-who since Thursday (man I'm pathetic) and I guess he's going to be in Lab Band with me next quarter. That's if I stay in it!
Oh yea, I got really pissed today in Lab Band because we're playing this piece, Latin Import, and the composer is coming to give a master class Thursday. So we all have to work like mad to play the piece perfectly. I have this crazy solo that is just too advanced for me at this point and he expects me to play it perfectly by Thursday! Grah! And in front of the whole jazz department! killll meeeeee. I just need to listen to some Spain from Senior Year!! Woo! (oy) I guess that's it for now... I'm excited for Thanksgiving Break and possibly going to H&M, and doing all that fun family stuff. Hopefully my Wednesday classes will be cancelled, that would be great.
