but then if I tell them about how I ate a taco....they will know why I am so fat...hahaha

Remember there are three levels of security: public, friends-only, then private.
actually, in a way, there are 4 levels, the 4th being 'custom-friends' where you first create a friends group, and then you can selectively post to them only.
