Watchmen
Watchmen is a great work of literature and one of the best graphic novels of all-time. If you have not read it, you really should. Why bring it up now? Because Zack Synder (300) is attempting to translate it into a movie to released on 6 March 2009. As I understand it, he is trying to be as faithful as possible to the story and the art. They will supposedly be releasing a separate DVD that contains the parallel story of the kid reading the horror comic.
