These customs are-- they're ridiculous. Dressing up as something you're not and-- then calling one time of day a different time a day and saying you're "gaining an hour?" Because for some of us it means we can sleep another hour before going into work. Of course, in actuality you sleep no longer than before and any effect is entirely psychosomatic, but nevertheless.
