The T-X is machine, a type of Hunter-Killer called a Terminator, specifically an Infiltrator model. They do exactly what they sound like they do. Apparently there are restrictions in place on its mission protocols preventing it from killing wardens, but it is not a failsafe and should not be treated as such; I've seen Terminators override all kinds of programming.
This particular T-X unit is one I've experienced conflict with before. Its origin is further ahead on my timeline, but the controller AI, Skynet, sent it back in time to attempt to assassinate key figures of the war. We were able to combat it with a reprogrammed older model Terminator, which ultimately shoved one of its own hydrogen-nuclear fuel cells into the T-X's head, destroying them both. What data I have has been compiled through observation of that incursion and studying what remains we could recover from the blast.
The immense danger that this model presents is due to the overkill in its design - it was made not only to assassinate humans and withstand attacks from an early 21st Earth century technology origin, but combat other Terminators that have been captured and reprogrammed.
► Structure
● The endoskeleton is carbon and titanium with some kind of malleable armor (the results were too damaged by the nuclear blast to pinpoint what else it was made of), capable of withstanding enormous damage with little effect. All joints are capable of full rotation and are not bound by human physiology despite the appearance, ex, the head can rotate a full 360 degrees, arms can be bent backwards, so on. About 1.8 meters tall, the skeleton is extremely dense; we estimated between 150 and 200 kilos on its own all said and done. It's extremely strong, capable of easily punching through a human body, picking up cars, being hit with rocket launchers, all to no effect. It's also extremely fast, in both reaction time and running speed.
● Covering the endoskeleton is a mimetic polyalloy - liquid metal capable of changing its shape. The polyalloy requires physical contact to be able to copy a full person, so whomever the T-X touches, it can mimic. There's enough of it to replicate a wide range of body types, pending they're not smaller than the endoskeleton. It can change details less complex than faces and full body types at will without contact first, like the appearance of clothes. The polyalloy is capable of taking and retaining a very strong and dense shapes - so if you punch it, it's not going to suck your hand into liquid, you'll just hit solid metal metal.
● The control chip/Neural Net CPU is in the skull. The power source, a plasma reactor, is likely in the chest cavity.
► Weaponry
● The polyalloy allows the T-X to shape its extremities into different solid shapes, such as stabbing weapons and blades, and is durable enough to run a person through with ease, as well as slice through metal.
● Each arm of the endoskeleton is reconfigurable and capable of producing a number of onboard firearms (projectiles, energy blasts, flame throwers, and so on) and tools (power saws, drills, etc). It does appear to be limited somewhat, likely based on internal power supply.
● Its primary weapon is a plasma cannon housed in the right arm. It's the most damage inducing of the onboard weapons, but it also runs out of juice the fastest purely based on how powerful it is.
► Misc
● As the head of the T-X was completely destroyed during my encounter with it; I only have guesswork of what its CPU looks like, but based on all other Skynet machines, it's likely a microprocessor with a learning aspect that can be turned on and off manually by removing it from the housing complex in the skull. Other series units are able to be directed remotely by Skynet, and sometimes those feeds can be hacked into, but due to the nature of the T-X it's possible this function has been disabled. Further research would have to be conducted to be sure.
● The T-X has the ability to control other machines via nanotechnological transjectors, a sort of nanobot virus. I am fairly certain that physical contact is required machine to machine to accomplish this, but I've never seen the transference take place so I can't confirm. The transjectors themselves hijack control of a machine's motor functions but not it's core processor - an infected Terminator was able to shut itself down and reboot to shake off the transjector influence.
Traditional military assault weapons do little damage, though its weapon system - plasma cannon included - can be overloaded. Extremely powerful magnets will hold it in place and peel back the polyalloy, though it won't disable the endoskeleton or fry the CPU. Due to the fact that the controlling AI is a massive metavirus in itself, I am skeptical that a virus can work against it unless it's significantly different than Earth tech. Engaging it in one on one combat is not something I'd advise, but if you have to, aim for the right lower arm where the primary weapon is, and the back of the head - it's the weakest CPU/cortex dock area on other Terminators. The endoskeleton with the polyalloy buffer is too powerful to let almost anything get through to the CPU, but it's possible that being attacked there will trigger cautionary reactions and win you a few extra seconds. Anything over 1650 °C will melt the titanium base, and extreme cold will damage the polyalloy; in theory if you got something cold enough it might suspend the endoskeleton motor functions as well.
If the T-X has decided something is a threat and needs to be terminated, it'll go for the quickest death possible, either direct heart trauma or firing a projectile. It has a habit of shoving or throwing opponents which seems to be a tactic to establish the capabilities of unknown individuals; if they throw someone through a wall and they don't get up, great, if they do, then the T-X has gained further intel about them. Also, that brief touch is all it needs to be able to mimic someone. Surviving an encounter with a T-X usually means you were shoved out of the way of higher priority target. Injuries a normal human can expect from being thrown are akin to being hit by a car.
The best bet is to reprogram it, which I am capable of; I'm familiar with Skynet's hardware and typical net patterns. The additional files attached to this transmission are data and neural net maps of other HK machines I've taken apart in the interests of more people having that familiarity and getting workarounds started.

Here's the data on the T-X. If the transfer doesn't go through, just let me know and I can meet up and give you a thumb drive. This thing's been giving me interference all damn day.
In light of increasingly strange events on board, if anyone needs assistance of any kind, I'm always available.
[ ooc: Absurdly tl;dr nerdery is due to the fact that John's knowledge of the T-X would be limited, and just linking the wiki would result in essay length ooc notes anyway... orz;;; ]
