In preperation for the next several months concerts, I have acquired a new camera to replace my old, tired worn out Kodak Easyshare. The display is more than 60% gone, which is bad when you are trying to take pictures of moving objects.

So, the newest member of my electronic family is my Olympus VR-350. I bought it in black through Best Buy.com, and am in love with it already. The pictures are so crisp and clear.

Here's an example of the old cameras ability to shoot, taken in April from my room on the 8th floor of South Shepler Tower:


Here is a picture of a wire-hair terrier- sharpei mix named Sassy taken on Thursday with the new camera.


I know it isn't quite the same, because both images aren't of the same object, but I'm going on clarity of the subjects. Guess the ultimate test will be on July 29th ;) happen to be in the lawn seats. So we will be far off. If we can see the band clearly from that great of a distance, it's a good camera.
