Well, we actually have a digital weather monitor out there. It has dropped to 50.8 degrees at 3am. Its fucking COLD out here. The high reaches about 79.5 degrees. Not warm enough. But its still warm

Shoulder injuries are NOTORIOUS with bench press. The tendons and ligaments need to have time to grow--takes longer than muscle so you have to go slowly. I know, I know, caveman macho shit. Fight it. There are also some shoulder muscles that rarely get used that you can build to fix the problem. Most people hate it because it with light weights so they feel like wusses. So they don't do it and as they get older, they can't do bench at all. If you'd like and I can get you the links for those exercises.
The number one reason guys hurt themselves by lifting weights on the bench press is, lifting the weight off by themselves without a spotter. That's how I did it.
