On Saturday, I lamented to
mrsmetallian how I almost always feel a little crappy in some way and am rarely 100% physically comfortable. I'm usually a bit sore and/or a bit tired and/or my sinuses are bugging me and/or my guts are feeling noticeably too bloated or too empty. I don't let those things stop me, mind you, but it makes relaxing difficult and sometimes interferes with my concentration.
But...yesterday, I actually felt great for some reason. Today, too. It's refreshing.
Maybe my new year re-dedication to fitness has finally paid off (I've felt especially like I've been hit by a truck ever since I returned to my standard regimen) and my body has reached some kind of tipping point.
Of course, looking at the clock and knowing I'll have to get up early to deal with the snow, I've probably gone and ruined it.
