So a ton of people on my flist saw the special preview of Serenity in Boston last night, right?
Well, memento_mori mistyped an lj-cut tag (at least I think that's what happened, I averted my eyes too quickly to take it all in) and as a result there was a BIG HONKIN' SPOILER HANGING RIGHT OUT IN HIS LJ. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!! Getitoutgetitoutgetitout!
I suppose I couldn't possibly have avoided that spoiler for 5 months, but still.
[EDIT: Okay, I have been informed by dalziel_86 that the spoiler was a prank. Which is very good. Especially since the spoiler didn't make any sense to me and I was furiously trying to avoid thinking about it too much. Oh, memento_mori, you wacky nut! ;) ]
In happier news, kingfox and I managed to get Ozzfest tickets today despite neither of us expecting them to be on sale yet. The official sale date is tomorrow, but apparently there's been a special "presale" link on the Ozzfest site all damn week. (I wish we'd known a few days ago. Jeez, I signed up for a Ticketmaster alert email, what more can I fuckin' do?) If we'd waited until tomorrow, all of the seats would probably have been gone. I've never before managed to get actual seats at Ozzfest without paying a ridiculous amount on eBay, so this was a big win!
