Following the suggestion of one of my teammates, i'm starting a food journal. I foresee not lasting long at it, but i will try my best. The point is the start one in the morning and update it throughout the day.
10 am:
Medium coffee with skim milk and splenda
Sausage, egg, and cheese on an English muffin
Madeleine cookies
2:30 pm:
Vegetarian fried rice
5 mini spring rolls
1 can of diet dr. pepper
9:30 pm:
Mcdonalds chicken selects
Diet Coke
Medium fries
Water intake: none
Hours of sleep: 7.5 hours (from 1 am to 8:30 am)
