YEAH!!!
GOod morning all! yesterday was fucking awesome if i do sya so myself...first i woke up nice and eartly and went to work untill 2 and that was good because i dont really do much during the weekdays in the morning over there. so after that i came home and chilled arround the house for a while waiting to go to furgs to watch wrestling. Then marcos came online and asked me if i wanted to go to the gym and i didnt want to at first but then i did. we got there and it was like absolutly jam packed. we went in and marcos and jay broke off to go bench and use free weights and me and russ went and used some of the machines for a while, and then we all reconviened in the punching bag room, when i was ranting about how mad i was becuase i forgot a towell (but i did not know that the gym would give you one for a dollar) and then i decided i wanted to run on a tread mill and jay did too so we ended up all getting on one, marcos and russ quit after a while and went and used some more machines. me and jay on the other hand kicked some major ass on the treadmills.....i jogged 3 miles non stop and it was fucking awesome, i couldnt have done it without jay tho...he walked and ran next to me the whole time THANKS JAY!......but then i got off the treadmill and i felt like i was floating and thought i was gonna pass out lol, but then i finished my gatorade and then hopped in the shower and cleaned myself up and got all rejuvinated and felt much metter. Needless to say i did not have any trouble getting to sleep last night becasue i was soooo wiped. and woke up today feeling awesome, alot less achey than i presumed. Now im just waiting mi madre to get home so we can go up to northgate to get the cell phone that i want and give back the temporary one woo! haha oh yeah, the guy i got the cell phone froom is named Dmitri and he is wicked wicked russian and scares the shit out of me....well im off too fulfill my day of cell phones and film at wcat, peace
