So, i know i havent updated in a long time but here it goes.
Just a quick note.....I lost 5 pounds. And i lost it by doing practically nothing. Cuz i havent been to the gym in a month, so i lost this weight just by eating healthy. BUT once march comes around, i plan going 3 times a week and taking lengthy walks the other 4 days. I feel alot more confident now that i actually lost some weight.
