Well, it's been almost a month since I actually posted. That's pretty intense.

I guess I'm busy.

No.

I guess I'm happy.

People don't post nearly as much when they're happy. It's because I feel no need to really vent. It's been quite a month, and that's the long and the short of that. But still, just like happy people make shitty art, I find that as long as I am adequately expressing myself, I have no extended need to blog. Everybody knows I'm pretty much the happiest here that I can ever remember being in my entire lifetime, and nobody really wants to hear beyond that, assuming they wanted to hear anything I had to say in the first place.

Urdu is an amazing, beautiful language, and I like it. I can't wait to learn the Sanskrit alphabet and start getting literate in Hindi, as well. I walked around Monterey for HOURS today, and it was amazing. The weather was pretty much amazing.

I went to church, as well. They were very friendly and nice, just like all other churchgoing people are right after service.

I talked to my little brother for a while today. I guess he's got himself a little girlfriend, which provided me the opportunity to totally squeal, "Ew! Girls are gross! Don't get cooties!" How fabulous. Actually, while I was walking around downtown, I waxed a small bit of nostalgic when I walked into this store selling Christmas junk and it reminded me of the Festival of Trees I used to participate in during Girl Scouts.

Yeah, I was a brownie.

Now I'm a rice krispie treat.

That's okay though, because this is progress, and if it's not, it doesn't particularly bother me.
